Due to the nature of the product we sell, all sales are final once they are shipped out.  

It is up to the buyer to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.  Send us an email at Info@narrowpathtcg.com and we will make it right. 

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.  This fee is deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the original transaction.
